This policy covers graphicsandgraphite.com — the site you're reading now. It's a small, static site: a house page introducing Graphics & Graphite and pointing to the products we make. It doesn't have an account system, and there's very little to say here, which is deliberate.

What this site collects

Nothing, by design:

• No accounts, no sign-in, no forms on this site that submit anywhere.
• No cookies, and no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind.
• The "Contact" link opens your own email client addressed to us — nothing about that is sent through this site itself, and you decide what it contains.

If you do email us, we hold that correspondence as a normal business record, for as long as it's relevant, and use it only to reply to you.

Hosting

Like any web request, loading this site necessarily passes your IP address and browser details to our hosting provider's servers in order to deliver the page — that's true of every website and isn't something we separately collect, log for analysis, or link to you as a person.

Our products

This policy is about the house site only. Our products have their own, separate privacy policies that describe what they actually do with data — for MailComb, see mailcomb.app/privacy.html. For Danube, our online clothing store, see the policy at danube.store.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of personal data a controller holds about you. Since this site collects nothing about visitors beyond the routine hosting access described above, there is little for that to apply to in practice; for anything we do hold — such as an email exchange with you — contact hello@graphicsandgraphite.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

If this changes, the date at the top will change with it. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
